1. Leemo aur Shehad ka Sharbat (Lemon & Honey Water)

Ye sabse purana aur azmooda nuskha hai.

Kaise banayein: Ek glass neem-garm (warm) paani mein aadha leemo nichorein aur ek chammach shehad mila lein.

Kab piyein: Rozana subah khali pait (nihar moonh). Ye aapki body ko detox karta hai aur digestion behtar banata hai.

2. Zeera Water (Cumin Water)

Zeera hamare metabolism ko boost karne mein bohat taqatwar hai.

Kaise banayein: Raat ko ek glass paani mein ek chammach zeera bhigo dein. Subah is paani ko ubaal (boil) lein aur halka thanda karke chai ki tarah piyein.
