Fitness Sirf Jismani Nahi, Dimaghi Bhi Hai!Kyunki agar dimaag pur-sukoon nahi hoga, toh jism kabhi fit nahi ho sakta.
Aksar log fitness ko sirf "six-packs" ya "v-taper" jism tak mehdood samajhte hain. Lekin haqiqat mein, fitness ka sabse bada faida aapke dimaag ko hota hai. Research se sabit hai ke jo log rozana thori bohat exercise karte hain, wo depression aur anxiety ka kam shikaar hote hain.
