1. Meethay ki Talab Kyun Hoti Hai?

Jab hamari body mein protein ya healthy fats ki kami hoti hai, ya hum bohat zyada stress mein hote hain, toh hamara dimaag foran "Energy" maangta hai, aur sugar sabse asaan energy source hai. Isliye humein meethay ki craving hoti hai.

2. Sugar Cravings Kam Karne Ke 5 Asaan Tarike

Protein Ziyada Khayein: Apne nashtay aur lunch mein protein (ande, dal, chicken) shamil karein. Isse aapka pait der tak bhara rahega aur dimaag meethay ki taraf nahi jayega.

Paani ka Istemal: Aksar humein pyaas lagi hoti hai magar humein lagta hai ke humein bhook ya meethay ki talab hai. Jab bhi craving ho, pehle ek bada glass pani piyein.

Phal (Fruits) Khayein: Agar bohat zyada dil kare, toh mithai ya chocolate ke bajaye koi phal khayein (jaise Saib ya Kela). In mein natural sugar aur fiber hota hai jo nuksaan nahi deta.

Poori Neend Lein: Jab hum thakay hue hote hain, hamari body ko sugar chahiye hoti hai khud ko jagane ke liye. 7-8 ghante ki neend cravings ko 50% tak kam kar deti hai.

Darchini (Cinnamon) ka Istemal: Apni chai ya kahway mein thodi si darchini daal lein. Ye blood sugar ko control karti hai aur meethay ki talab khatam karti hai.

3. Meethay ke Sehatmand Mutabadil (Healthy Alternatives)

Agar aapko meetha pasand hai, toh in cheezon ka istemal karein:

Khajoor (Dates): Din mein 1-2 khajoor behtareen hain.

Gur (Jaggery): Cheeni ki jagah thoda sa gur istemal karein, magar miqdar kam rakhein.

Dark Chocolate: Agar chocolate khani hai toh 70% dark chocolate ka ek chota tukda lein.


4. Cheeni Chorne ke Faide

Sirf ek hafta cheeni chor kar dekhein, aapko ye tabdeeliyaan mehsoos hongi:

Pait ki charbi (Belly Fat) kam hone lagegi.

Skin saaf aur glowing ho jayegi.

Din bhar energy zyada mehsoos hogi.
